Houston’s Stark Naked Theatre Company has changed its name to 4th Wall Theatre Houston. In a Facebook post, the organization said that “for some, Googling our theatre company has become somewhat of an adventure.”

The post also stated that the theatre didn't want to alienate potential new audience members, and that the new name would help better achieve its overall mission to be the “best small professional theatre” in Texas.

The now-named 4th Wall Theatre Houston has also announced its new season, set to include a production of Sam Shepard’s True West, the Houston premiere of Kenneth Lonergan’s Lobby Hero, and Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing.
