News The Times They Are A-Changin’ Creator Tharp Appears on CBS' Evening News with Couric Twyla Tharp — whose new musical The Times They Are A-Changin’ with Bob Dylan songs is currently on the Broadway boards — will be featured on CBS' Evening News Oct. 16.

Following a world premiere at San Diego's Old Globe, the musical began previews Sept. 25 at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre toward an Oct. 26 opening night.

Original stars Michael Arden (Big River, Swimming in the Shallows, Bare) Thom Sesma (Man of La Mancha, Nick & Nora, La Cage Aux Folles) are joined by new addition Lisa Brescia (The Woman in White, Aida) to lead the cast.

James L. Nederlander, Hal Luftig/Warren Trepp, Debra Black, East of Doheny, Rick Steiner/ Mayerson Bell Group, Terry Allen Kramer, Patrick Catullo and Jon B. Platt/ Roland Sturm produce.
