Playwright Douglas Carter Beane and writer Robert Hofler will be on hand to discuss gay actors who choose not to discuss their sexual orientation. Beane's The Little Dog Laughed, which concerns a closeted movie star, recently began previews at New York's Second Stage Theatre. Hofler is the author of the new Rock Hudson tome, "The Man Who Invented Rock Hudson." The telecast will also include a celebration of "Theater Talk"'s tenth year on PBS. Hosts Michael Riedel and Susan Haskins will be interviewed by journalist Marcelo Picalomino. There will also be cameo appearances by theatre critics John Simon, Michael Sommers and David Cote.
