News "Theater Talk" to Celebrate Pulitzer Prize-Winning Ruined July 31 The July 31 episode of "Theater Talk," the PBS talk show that offers interviews with top theatre practitioners, will spotlight the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Ruined.

The program, which airs at 1 AM on WNET/Thirteen, will feature chats with Ruined playwright Lynn Nottage and the show's star, actress Saidah Arrika Ekulona. Ruined, according to press notes, concerns the "brutality towards women, and their survival, in the war-torn Republic of The Congo." (Manhattan Theatre Club's Ruined continues to play New York City Center – Stage I through Sept. 6.)

The half-hour broadcast will also feature a chat with New York Post theatre critic Elisabeth Vincentelli, who will share her opinions on some of the past season's shows.

CUNY-TV will air encore broadcasts Aug. 15 at 8:30 PM, Aug. 16 at 12:30 PM and Aug. 17 at 7:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
