News Theater Talk" Welcomes Richard Rodgers Documentarians, Nov. 9 Producer-director Roger Sherman and writer Laurence Maslon, the creators of the documentary "Richard Rodgers: The Sweetest Sounds," will appear Nov. 9 at midnight on "Theater Talk," the popular theatre-related PBS talk show hosted by producer Susan Haskins and New York Post columnist Michael Riedel.

Producer-director Roger Sherman and writer Laurence Maslon, the creators of the documentary "Richard Rodgers: The Sweetest Sounds," will appear Nov. 9 at midnight on "Theater Talk," the popular theatre-related PBS talk show hosted by producer Susan Haskins and New York Post columnist Michael Riedel. "The Sweetest Sounds" aired Nov. 4 as part of PBS' "American Masters" series, and covered the composer's collaborations with both Lorenz Hart and Oscar Hammerstein II, as well as his less than happy personal life.

The Nov. 9 episode will also feature a "Broadway Update," with Playbill On-Line editor Robert Simonson and Newsday reporter and columnist Patrick Pacheco.

"Theater Talk" airs on Channel 13/WNET in New York City.
