News "Theater Talk" Will Remember Schoenfeld Nov. 29 The Nov. 29 broadcast of "Theater Talk," the PBS talk show that offers interviews with top theatre practitioners, will be dedicated to the legendary theatre producer and theatre owner Gerald Schoenfeld, who died in his Manhattan home Nov. 25.

The 8:30 PM broadcast on CUNY TV Channel 75 will feature an interview with the former Chairman of The Shubert Organization that was conducted in 2001. Mr. Schoenfeld, a man routinely referred to as the most powerful man on Broadway, died at the age of 84. To read Playbill.com's complete obituary, click here. The half-hour "Theater Talk" program will also feature an interview with What's That Smell: The Music of Jacob Sterling's co-stars David Pittu and Peter Bartlett.

Encore broadcasts on CUNY TV are scheduled for November 30 at 12:30 PM; and December 1 at 7:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
