The international theatre magazine Theater Week features Playbill On-Line prominently in its story "Theater on the Internet," in the issue dated Oct. 21, but on stands now. Written by British journalist Mark Shenton, the story calls this service, "one of the most comprehensive and reliable websites I've encountered," and goes on for the better part of two pages exploring and commenting upon PBOL's features.
"In this brave new world [the Internet] where do you begin with the wonders that it offers?," he writes, ". . . To begin with confidence, begin the way you start most evenings at the theater: by picking up your Playbill."
