News Theatre Out of a Hat at L.A.'s Sacred Fools Theatre, Jan. 28 & 29 Fast and Loose, the latest edition of "overnight theatre" created by a company of eight writers, eight directors and 30 actors, will take place at Sacred Fools Theatre in Los Angeles, Jan. 28 & 29. Show time is 8 PM. Based on words drawn from a hat and donated props, eight new short works will be created, with conception, writing, casting, rehearsal and performance all achieved in a 24-hour period. The entire process is repeated for the second show, with all new material being created for this go- round. It is "creativity on demand" for audiences who admire risk- taking live performances.
