McKay will perform at the Allen Room, located in Frederick P. Rose Hall, on Feb. 25 at 8:30 PM. The singer/actress is expected to perform tunes from “Pretty Little Head,” her second solo CD that was recently abruptly canceled by her label, Columbia Records.

Songstress McKay was signed to Columbia Records in 2003 and released her debut double-disc album, the jazz-influenced, edgy "Get Away from Me" in February 2004. The up-and-coming blond Harlem native has opened for Cyndi Lauper, Sting, Barenaked Ladies and Alanis Morissette as well as Lou Reed at Carnegie Hall.

Tickets for McKay's concert are priced $30, $40 or $55 and are available by calling (212) 721-6500 or by visiting www.lincolncenter.org. The Allen Room is located within Frederick P. Rose Hall at Broadway and 60th Street.
