Fresh off of last year's Off-Broadway production of Crumple Zone, the Rattlestick Theatre set its stage for its next production. Killers and Other Family makes its world premiere Jan. 20-Feb. 18. The play began performances Jan. 17. Lucy Thurber, recipient of the Manhattan Theatre Club's Playwriting Fellowship Award, penned this work about a woman whose past catches up with her. Other plays of hers have been workshopped at Ensemble Studio Theater, MTC, The New Group and The Echo Theater Company.
John Lawler directs Killers with a cast that includes Tessa Auberjonois (daughter of stage and screen's Rene Auberjonois), Ana Reeder, Dan Snook, and Jason Weinberg. Designers include Charles Kirby (set), Dave Barber (costumes), B obby Harrell (lighting), and Jason Mills (sound).
