The three-person musical plays the New Jersey theatre through April 11 and features the talents of Colin Hanlon, Sarah Litzsinger and Stephen Bienskie. David Saint, who is the artistic director of the George Street, directs. Saint originally directed the Larson musical when the late composer performed the show as a one-man rock monologue, Boho Days.

The musical about a 30-year-old composer on the brink of success features choreography by Christopher Gattelli and musical direction by Randy Cohen. Gattelli choreographed both the Off-Broadway production of tick, tick . . . BOOM! and the show's national tour; Cohen also worked on the Off-Broadway run and music-directed the tour. Matthew Teague Miller is the show's assistant director. The creative team also features scenic design by Anna Louizos, costume design by Brenda King, lighting design by Christopher J. Bailey and sound design by Yin Y Chan.

Colin Hanlon has been seen on Broadway in Rent and Off-Broadway in Pirates of Penzance. Sarah Litzsinger has the distinction of being Broadway's longest-running Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and her other Broadway credits include Amour, Les Misérables and Marilyn, An American Fable. Stephen Bienskie starred Off-Broadway in The Last Session; he was also seen in the national tour of The Who's Tommy.

tick, tick . . . BOOM! is an autobiographical piece from the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer of Rent, the late Jonathan Larson. The original Off-Broadway company featured Raúl Esparza, Amy Spanger and Jerry Dixon.
