Riverdance, the Celtic dance sensation which will play Broadway's Gershwin Theatre March 3-June 25, 2000, will unleash its tickets on the public Oct. 17 at noon. Riverdance has previously played New York, but never Broadway specifically; past engagements in 1996, 1997 and 1998 have been at Radio City Music Hall, which recently reopened after undergoing a major renovation.
Moya Doherty will produce and John McColgan is the director. Riverdance will begin previews on March 3 for an official opening on March 16.
