Tickets for Sam Mendes final production at the Donmar Warehouse are, not surprisingly, extremely scarce. However, you can attend the Donmar's 10th anniversary Gala Evening, see the show, sip champagne with the director and cast, and help to raise money for one of London's most celebrated theatres.
The celebration on Sept. 30 will be centered around a performance of Chekhov's Uncle Vanya, starring Simon Russell Beale and Emily Watson, translated by Brian Friel and directed by Sam Mendes.
Tickets at £250 per head for the evening (co-sponsored by Bloomberg, In Style and One Aldwych, with champagne by Mercier Champagne) secure priority seating for the performance of Uncle Vanya, an interval champagne toast, an exclusive post-performance champagne reception with Donmar artists, recognition as Patron in the gala program and acknowledgements in Donmar production programs throughout the year. Performance only tickets are priced at £100 each.
The performance of Uncle Vanya will begin at 7 PM at the Donmar with the gala reception directly following.
For reservations and further information call the Donmar on 020 7845 5815.
