News Times' Mel Gussow to Interview Playwright Arthur Miller at 92nd Street Y Chat World-renowned playwright Arthur Miller will sit down for a chat with New York Times cultural writer Mel Gussow next month.

On Sept. 22 the 92nd Street Y Unterberg Poetry Center will kick off its 65th season with a conversation between the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and the Times scribe. Gussow, who penned the tome "Conversations with Miller," will speak to the playwright about his craft and lengthy theatrical career. Miller is expected to discuss the East Coast premiere of Resurrection Blues, which opens at Philadelphia's Wilma Theater Sept. 7. The 8 PM chat will also include Miller's work-in-progress, Finishing the Picture.

Arthur Miller won Tonys for the original productions of All My Sons, Death of a Salesman and The Crucible. His other works include A View From the Bridge, A Memory of Mondays, After the Fall, The Price, The Creation of the World and Other Business, The American Clock, The Ride Down Mt. Morgan, The Last Yankee and Broken Glass.
