News Tom Stoppard Mounts the "Platform" at LCT, Feb. 28 Playwright Tom Stoppard will be featured in Lincoln Center Theater's Feb. 28 edition of its "Platform Series." Begun a couple seasons ago, the free program provides a forum for open discussion between artists connected with LCT productions and the theatregoing public. The event will take place in the lobby of the Vivian Beaumont Theatre at 6:30. Admission is first-come, first-served. Doors open at 6 PM.

Stoppard's The Invention of Love is being presented by LCT at the Lyceum Theatre. Performances begin March 1.

Future "Platform" events will feature playwright Jon Robin Baitz (March 7) and set and costume designer Bob Crowley (April 11).
