Prior to the September events, Catch Me If You Can Tony Award nominee Tom Wopat will perform highlights from his new album, "Consider It Swung," Aug. 9 at 5 PM at the 150 East 86th Street.

Author Julie Salamon will discuss her book "Wendy and the Lost Boys: The Uncommon Life of Wendy Wasserstein" Sept. 12 at 7 PM at the 86th Street location. Set for release Aug. 18, the 480-page book, through her colleagues and writings, explores the life of the first woman playwright to earn a Tony Award.

Golden Globe Award-winning "Glee" star Jane Lynch will sign copies of her new memoir, "Happy Accidents," Sept. 20 at 7 PM at the 33 East 17th Street location.

Florence Henderson will discuss and sign her autobiography, "Life Is Not a Stage: From Broadway Baby to a Lovely Lady and Beyond," on Sept. 23 at 7 PM at the 2289 Broadway at 82nd St. location.

Tony Award-winning actor John Lithgow will appear at the East 17th Street Barnes and Noble Sept. 27 at 7 PM to speak with audiences and sign his memoir "Drama: An Actor's Education."
