News Tony Nominee Melissa Errico Plays Joe's Pub Nov. 19; Concert Will Be Live Streamed Tony-nominated singer-actress Melissa Errico, whose long-awaited recording of Michel Legrand tunes, which was recorded in 2005, arrived Oct. 18 on the Ghostlight Records label, celebrates that new recording with a concert Nov. 19 at 7 PM at Joe's Pub.

The concert, which features direction by Richard-Jay Alexander with musical direction by John Oddo, will also be available at 7 PM by visiting www.livestream.com/joespub. The Joe’s Pub concert combines songs from Errico's new CD with Broadway favorites and more.

"Legrand Affair" was produced by Phil Ramone and features a 100-piece symphony arranged and conducted by Legrand. The new recording was co-produced by Richard Jay-Alexander and mixed by Lawrence Manchester; executive producers are Kurt Deutsch and Patrick McEnroe with associate producers Marc Silag and Pat Rains. The disc, which features The Flemish Radio Orchestra (newly renamed The Brussels Philharmonic), was recorded in Leuven, Belgium, July 5-10, 2005.

"After six years and three babies, I am proud to have gotten it to the place it was always meant to be, in honor of Michel Legrand who I love and respect beyond words," Errico says on her website. The actress co-starred in Legrand's Broadway musical Amour, earning a Tony nomination for her performance.

Melissa Errico, most recently seen on Broadway in Irving Berlin's White Christmas, began her professional career portraying Cosette in Les Misérables, and she followed with leading Broadway roles in Anna Karenina, My Fair Lady, High Society, Amour (Tony nomination) and Dracula, plus roles in the City Center Encores! productions of Call Me Madam and One Touch of Venus. She appeared in a production of Threepenny Opera at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and her recent Off-Broadway credits include Candida (Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Play), Finian's Rainbow and Aunt Dan and Lemon. She also starred in the Hollywood Bowl presentations of Camelot and The Sound of Music. Errico's debut solo recording was titled "Blue Like That"; her new recording is titled "Lullabies and Wildflowers."

Michel Legrand is the recipient of three Academy Awards and five Grammy Awards. His songs include "What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life?," "The Windmills of Your Mind," "How Do You Keep the Music Playing?" and "Papa, Can You Hear Me?" He also wrote the score for Broadway's Amour.

Ghostlight will also reissue Errico's "Lullabies and Wildflowers."
