News Tony Walton to Present Award at League of Professional Theatre Women's Spring Luncheon The League of Professional Theatre Women will honor Tony Award winner Tharon Musser at its annual Spring Luncheon June 19.

Acclaimed lighting designer Musser will be presented with the 2003 Ruth Morley Designing Woman of the Year Award at 12 noon at Trattoria Dopo Teatro. The award — named for late costume designer Ruth Morley — will be presented by set designer Tony (Guys and Dolls) Walton. Tharon Musser began her distinguished career in lighting design with the original 1956 production of Long Day's Journey Into Night. She received Tony Awards for Best Lighting Design for her work on Follies, A Chorus Line and Dreamgirls and Tony nominations for Applause, A Little Night Music, The Good Doctor, Pacific Overtures, The Act, Ballroom and 42nd Street.

Tickets for the League's Spring Luncheon are priced at $32 (advance) or $37 (at the door) and are available by calling (212) 501-6667. Trattoria Dopo Teatro is located in Manhattan at 125 West 44th Street.
