Forbes.com reports that Bacall's nine-room co-op in the famed Dakota on the Upper West Side is listed at $26 million.
The apartment, which retains its original layout, has 13-foot ceilings and five rooms that all face Central Park. With more than 4000 square feet, the apartment also has three-and-a-half baths. The listing agent is Rebecca Edwardson of Warburg Realty.
Ms. Bacall won Tony Awards for her starring roles in two Broadway musicals adapted from classic films: Applause, based on "All About Eve," and Woman of the Year, based on the Spencer Tracy-Katharine Hepburn movie of the same name. She also starred in the comedies Goodbye, Charlie; Cactus Flower; and Waiting in the Wings.
