Hairspray Tony Award winner Marissa Jaret Winokur will be one of the 11 celebrities who will compete in the first-ever celebrity edition of the U.S. Big Brother.
Big Brother: Celebrity Edition will launch with a three-night event February 7 at 8 PM ET on CBS. The premiere will continue February 8, and a two-hour live eviction show will be held February 9. Julie Chen returns as host.
The houseguests, who will compete for $250,000, will also include actor Shannon Elizabeth, reality TV star Brandi Lynn Glanville, model Ariadna Gutiérrez, UFC legend Chuck Liddell, actor-musician James Maslow, TV host Ross Mathews, rock star Mark McGrath, actor Keshia Knight Pulliam, NBA champion Metta World Peace, and TV personality and former White House staffer Omarosa.
The Events Research Program was established to identify and track protocols that would help theatres and more venues safely welcome back audiences. Its findings have yet to reach producers and theatre operators.
