The show, which opens March 9, is written by the Emmy-nominated composer Dick De Benedictis ("Perry Mason," "Matlock," "Columbo").
Miriam Nelson directs and choreographs a cast that also includes Rena Petrello, Sandra Purpuro, Catrina Quintanilla, Shannon Watson and Michael Falcone.
According to press notes, the show's 23 songs and five monologues cover such topics as "love, motherhood, divorce, work, therapy, plastic surgery, relationships and sex."
Set and lighting design is by J. Kent Inasy and costumes are by Melissa Lugo.
Fabray starred on Broadway in High Button Shoes, Love Life (Tony Award), Let's Face It, By Jupiter, Bloomer Girl, Mr. President and No Hard Feelings, among others. She appeared in the MGM classic musical "The Band Wagon" and such other films as "Elizabeth and Essex," "Harper Valley PTA" and "The Happy Ending." TV audiences know her as the mother of her real-life niece Shelley Fabares in "Coach" as well as her six years as Katherine Romano on "One Day at a Time" and for her own series "Yes, Yes Nanette."
