Penned by Pulitzer Prize winner Lawrence Wright, the play will begin performances March 21, continuing through May 4 in the Kreeger Theater. Artistic director Molly Smith will direct.
Rifkin's stage credits include Cabaret, Wrong Mountain, A Month in the Country and Broken Glass. His TV work includes "Alias" and "Brothers & Sisters," and his film work includes "L.A. Confidential" and "Husbands and Wives."
Thomas has performed onstage in An Enemy of the People and Race, and he has appeared on the TV shows "The Americans" and "The Waltons." His film work includes "The Wonder Boys" and "Taking Woodstock."
Tony winner Levi Kreis has joined the cast of the rock, rhythm and blues revue Smokey Joe’s Café – The Songs of Leiber and Stoller, which will feature the previously announced E. Faye Butler and Nova Y. Payton. Directed by Randy Johnson, performances will begin April 25 and continue through June 8 on the Fichandler Stage.
Kreis' stage credits include Million Dollar Quartet, One Red Flower and Rent. He starred in the film "Frailty."
Additional casting for Camp David and Smokey Joe’s Café – The Songs of Leiber and Stoller will be announced at a later date.
