Transport Group, a new not-for-profit theatre group, will be presenting Gimme a Break!, a cabaret featuring dozens of award-winning performers from the theatre community, on Monday, Oct. 15 at 8 PM at 45 Bleecker Street. The proceeds will benefit the infant theatre group.

Transport Group, co-founded by Jack Cummings III and Robyn Hussa, intends to explore new types of theatre while supporting programs such as animal rescue and other charitable causes. Transport Group's first production will be Our Town, scheduled for Feb. 2002.
