WANTED: Technical Director- Greenbrier Valley Theatre
The TD is responsible for the execution and operation of scenic designs, the oversight/management of production staff, and the scene shop space and its use. The TD also assists in the management of events and other uses of the theatre space and in the maintenance of the facilities and storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proven work experience in scenic construction techniques, rigging, basic tool maintenance, and time and crew management within a professional setting.

WANTED: Production Coordinator-Centenary University
The Production Coordinator will work under the supervision and guidance of the Technical Director, the Artistic Director, and the Executive Director. They will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the sound and lighting departments.

WANTED: Technical Supervisor-Paper Mill Playhouse
The Technical Supervisor works closely with the design and creative teams for each production, facilitating communication with scenic, prop, electrics and sound shops, Local 21 stagehands and PMP management. Administrative responsibilities require regular 8-hour Monday through Friday daytime office hours and operational activities late nights and weekends. Responsibilities extend to the PMP Main Stage, all areas backstage, and PMP Warehouse. Local travel is required on a regular basis.

WANTED: Stage Manager-The College of New Jersey
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is seeking a stage manager for their fall production of a musical (either Jesus Christ Superstar or Cabaret). We are seeking a collaborative, innovative and local manager who is willing to work with and help instruct college students who will be assisting on the project. Must be IN TOWN and available the entire months of August through first two weeks of Nov. In addition, must be open and flexible to working with cast members with disabilities. Show opens Nov. 8 and closes Nov. 10. You will calling the show and there are some production meetings in August and September where all creative team members are called. TCNJ is in central Jersey, close to Pennsylvania.

WANTED: Costume Stitcher-The Little Theatre On The Square, Inc.
Seeking an experienced stitcher for the summer season at The Little Theatre On The Square to start immediately through August 25, 2019. Housing Provided. Seeking a stitcher with experience in sewing both machine and hand stitching. Draping and sewing a pattern and making alterations on clothing. Use of a serger and industrial and commercial sewing machines a plus.

WANTED: Technical Director-Two River Theater
The Technical Director leads the scenic department in the planning and execution of all shows in our season. They work collaboratively with the Scenic Charge Artist, directly supervise four full-time staff members, and are responsible for the realization of each production’s aesthetic vision in a safe and efficient way. This position reports to the Director of Production and works closely with the Lighting, Sound, and Properties supervisors.

WANTED: Assistant Technical Director- Maltz Jupiter Theatre
Maltz Jupiter Theatre seeks a qualified individual to work in conjunction with the Technical Director to oversee operation of the scene shop and production of scenery for the theatre’s five-play mainstage subscription series and five children’s productions. Applicants should have demonstrated extensive experience with shop drawings proficient knowledge of AutoCAD & VectorWorks (2D and 3D drafting) required. The ATD must adhere to and enforce safe work practices in the conception, construction, and implementation of scenic designs. An advanced degree in technical theatre preferred but equivalent professional experience in this field considered.

Food of Love Theatricals is searching for a Master Electrician for our upcoming production of Midsummer, a Banquet. The production will be hosted in a non-theatrical space, which the team will be building out into the “theater.” We will be working with edison-run equipment and power and an ETC Element Board. The lighting will feature select theatrical fixtures with many practical fixtures and specialty items outfitted to scenic structures.
