News U.K. Debut of Fuddy Meers Postponed Again

Fuddy Meers, an Off-Broadway hit comedy, was originally scheduled to play the Edinburgh Festival starring Jane Krakowski — the actress best known for her role in TV's "Ally McBeal" — but this was abruptly canceled.

Edward Snape then snapped up the offbeat comedy for the Arts Theatre for Oct., and all looked sunny for David Lindsay-Abaire's play, first performed in New York in 1999 and described by New York Magazine as "wicked fun, an evening exploding with laughter," but now the play has again been postponed.

No new date has been announced, and it seems unlikely that Jane Krakowski will appear in the London production, as she has just signed on to the New York revival of Nine.
