Michael C. Hall, the Emmy-nominated star of HBO's "Six Feet Under" who is scheduled to join the Broadway company of Chicago on July 30, will appear on several talk shows in the next few weeks.

Hall, who portrays the uptight gay brother on the acclaimed cable series, will appear on ABC-TV's "Good Morning America" on July 24. He will chat with Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa on "Live with Regis & Kelly" (ABC) on Aug. 1, and he will sit down with Paula Zahn on Aug. 2 during her CNN program, "American Morning with Paula Zahn." The versatile actor-singer is also scheduled to join the women of "The View" (ABC) on Aug. 7. Check local listings for channels and times.

Hall is expected to stay with the Broadway production of Chicago through mid-Sept., when he will return to California to begin shooting the new season of "Six Feet Under," the hour-long Sunday drama about a dysfunctional family that runs a funeral parlor. Hall was last on Broadway in another revival, when he replaced Alan Cumming as the Emcee in Cabaret. His other New York theatre credits include Macbeth, Cymbeline, Timon of Athens, The English Teachers and Corpus Christie.

Bob Fosse, John Kander and Fred Ebb's Chicago, presented by Barry and Fran Weissler, plays the Shubert Theatre, 225 W. 44th Street. It won the Tony for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking.
