Off-Broadway News Velocity, Celebration of Celtic Dance, Will Play New Victory Theater James Devine and David Geaney's production will begin performances November 16.
Velocity, a celebration of Irish dance co-created and produced by Guinness World Record holder James Devine and five-time World Irish Dance Champion David Geaney, will play the New Victory Theater November 16–25.

Award-winning Irish dancers Geaney, AnneMarie Keaney, and Gabriella Wood will star backed by a Celtic band that includes Moises Mas Garcia (percussion), Ross Couper (violin), Alec Brown (cello), and Sean Leahy (guitar).

Velocity, which revolves around speed and direction, takes “tap into the 21st century.” The production runs 75 minutes without an intermission.

The production team also includes DJ Jack McMahon, VJ and sound designer Thomas Casetta, and lighting designer Ron Nilson.
