News VIDEO FEATURE: An Exclusive Look at Priscilla's Priscilla Following its North American debut engagement in Toronto, Priscilla Queen of the Desert — drawn from the Academy Award-winning film "The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert" — began previews on Broadway at the Palace Theatre Feb. 28 with an official opening scheduled for March 20.

In this video, Playbill Editor Blake Ross gets an exclusive look inside the new queen of Broadway's Palace, "Priscilla," the five tons-of-fun bus at the center of the Broadway musical. "Priscilla" is over 26-feet long and 10-feet tall and is equipped with over 30,000 LED lights and 18 computer controlled hi-torque motors that glide her through her choreography. Olivier Award nominee Tony Sheldon (as Bernadette), Hair Tony Award nominee Will Swenson (as Tick/Mitzi) and La Cage aux Folles actor Nick Adams (as Adam/Felicia) star as "the trio of friends on a heart-warming, uplifting adventure. [They] hop aboard a battered old bus searching for love and friendship in the middle of the Australian outback and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed."
