News Vince Pesce Assumes Directorial Duties of Something's Afoot at Goodspeed Vince Pesce, choreographer of Goodspeed Musicals' in-rehearsal production of the mystery musical Something's Afoot, has taken over the direction of the show. Due to a critical illness in her family, Casey Hushion has withdrawn from directing the show at Goodspeed Opera House.

"During the planning process, Ms. Hushion, who conceived this production, worked closely with Mr. Pesce as she consulted with the authors, chose the creative team and cast the show," according to a Goodspeed statement. "Everyone in the Goodspeed family wishes the best to Ms. Hushion and her family while we welcome Mr. Pesce as director."

Pesce choreographed Goodspeed's recent Mame. He also served as associate choreographer of Broadway's Anything Goes, The Pajama Game, Wonderful Town and Little Shop of Horrors.

Something's Afoot has book, music and lyrics by James McDonald, David Vos & Robert Gerlach, and additional music by Ed Linderman.

Ed Dixon, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka and Audrie Neenan and Lynne Wintersteller are among cast members in the revival.
