Classic Arts News Violinist Joshua Bell to Appear Tonight on NBC's Late Night With Conan O'Brien Could classical music be making an ever-so-stealthy return to American commercial television?
Just last month the Metropolitan Opera made its first appearance on CBS's popular Late Night With David Letterman, performing the Act I finale from Rossini's The Barber of Seville.

The gradual classical invasion continues tonight, as Joshua Bell performs on NBC's Late Night With Conan O'Brien. The superstar violinist will be playing excerpts from his latest CD release, Voice of the Violin, which has been at or near the top of the Billboard classical chart for 13 weeks. The program airs on NBC stations at 12:30 a.m. (check local listings).
