The choir will be performing music from Poulenc, Randall Thompson as well as a jazz arrangement of "Skylark" by the late Norman Luboff. As usual. humor will be the key to the tone of the evening.

The Washingtonians was founded in 192 and has performed regularly around the greater-Seattle area. The Group was formed as an outlet for theatre composers and arrangers well as many gifted Seattle area performers.

Warrender has been quite busy of late, what with rehearsals for the latest workshop of his musical The January Book (opening in early March at North Seattle Community College) running concurrently with the choir rehearsals.

"15 Beautiful Songs, 3 Ugly Ones," will be performed Mar. 1-2 at 7 PM at Seattle Unity Church, 200 8th Ave. N., one block N.E. of Denny and Dexter. Tickets ($5-$10) are available at the door. For further information call (206) 781-3901. -- By David-Edward Hughes
