PlayBlog Watch Construction of Lincoln Center's Latest Theatre (Video) Lincoln Center Theater is in the process of constructing a new home for LCT3, the theatre's space devoted to the work of new theatre artists. The Claire Tow Theater's construction process is detailed in a series of time-lapse videos and photos on the Lincoln Center website.

The Claire Tow Theater is currently being built on the roof of the Vivian Beaumont Theater, which will also house new rehearsal and office spaces for Lincoln Center staff, and an outdoor terrace and green roof.

LCT3 is currently housed in the Duke on 42nd Street, where The Coward runs through Dec. 4.
