Video WATCH: In the Studio With Harry Potter and the Cursed Child's Nathan Salstone The actor makes his solo show debut at Feinstein's/54 Below October 29.

Ahead of his solo show at Feinstein’s/54 Below October 29, Nathan Salstone stopped by the Playbill studio to offer a taste of what audiences can expect at the midtown hotspot. Watch the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child performer sing a mash-up of Godspell’s “Beautiful City” and Bye Bye Birdie’s “Put on a Happy Face” in the video above.

The choice of songs for the arrangement was inspired by his stint in Rags at Goodspeed Musicals, penned by Godspell composer Stephen Schwartz and Bye Bye Birdie’s Charles Strouse.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child marks Salstone’s Broadway debut. In addition to Rags, his regional credits include The Merchant of Venice and Carousel with Texas Shakespeare Festival.

Salstone’s solo debut, titled Selling Myself Short, is directed by Robbie Rozelle and musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala. Ryan Vona (Once, Paramour) is set to make a special appearance. For tickets and more information, visit 54Below.com.
