Kristen Blodgette, the musical director for the Broadway revival of Sunset Boulevard at the Palace Theatre, recently spoke with Playbill about the production, which features Tony winner Glenn Close returning to the role of faded silent-screen star Norma Desmond.

The production features a 40-piece orchestra—the largest currently on Broadway. Blodgette says, “To stand in the center of that and to be able to hear those beautiful players is really thrilling.” Watch the complete video above.
