On July 25, Broadway and Orlando theatre community members united for From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert for Orlando in support of the community affected by the Pulse nightclub shooting on June 12. Jessie Mueller, Chita Rivera, Lillias White, Keala Settle, Anika Larsen, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Liz Callaway, Norbert Leo Butz, Andrea McArdle, Lilla Crawford and many more were on hand to perform favorite tunes from the world’s greatest musicals.
The event raised more than $60,000 via ticket sales and an online auction. Proceeds will be divided equally amongst the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, Hope and Help Center of Central Florida and Zebra Coalition.
