Stephen Ward, Andrew Lloyd Webber's latest musical with book and lyrics by Christopher Hampton and Don Black, closes after a run of less than four months at the Aldwych Theatre. The musical, which features Alexander Hanson in the title role, Charlotte Spencer as Christine Keeler and Charlotte Blackledge as Mandy Rice Davies, is directed by Richard Eyre. It began West End performances Dec. 3, 2013, prior to an official opening Dec. 19. In late January the musical announced that it would extend its booking through May 31.

From Here to Eternity, Tim Rice, Stuart Brayson and Bill Oakes' musical based on James Jones' 1951 debut novel that's best known for the 1953 Oscar-winning film that starred Burt Lancaster, Frank Sinatra, Montgomery Clift, Ernest Borgnine, Deborah Kerr and Donna Reed, will have run for six months at the Shaftesbury Theatre, having begun performances Sept. 30, 2013, prior to an official opening Oct. 23.

The Full Monty, based on the 1997 British film of the same title, will have run for just over a month at the Noel Coward Theatre. It opened officially there Feb. 25, and was originally booking for a limited 16-week run through June 14. Scripted by Simon Beaufoy, who also wrote the film's screenplay, it premiered at Sheffield's Lyceum Theatre last year prior to a national tour. It will resume a 32-week national tour in the fall, with performances beginning Sept. 11 at Manchester's Opera House. The Duck House, which is billed as "an outrageous new comedy set in a world of dodgy receipts, dodgier deceit, and pure Parliamentary panic," is running at the Vaudeville Theatre, where it officially premiered Dec. 10, 2013. Tony and Olivier Award winner Terry Johnson directs this political satire penned by Dan Patterson and Colin Swash. The cast is headed by Ben Miller with Olivier winner Nancy Carroll, Debbie Chazen, James Musgrave, Simon Shepherd and Diana Vickers.
