Diane Bank's new comedy, Halfway Home, will find a home at The Theatre at St. Clements for the next few weeks. The New Group production, which began previews Feb. 16, officially opens March 3 for a run through the end of March.

A cast featuring Jill Bowman, Christina Chang, Judy Frank, Kate Levy, Lori Mahl, Christina Rouner, Nick Sandow and Walker White will enact the story of a burnt-out New York City tour bus guide who hijacks a taxi and returns to her Iowa family, just in time for a tornado.

Steven Williford, whose credits include Pera Palas will direct. Kevin Price, who designed Curtains and Goose-Pimples for the New Group, will provide the set.

Bank comes out of The New Group's playwrights unit. Previously, the company has staged her Nothing to Dream About.
