News Whodunit Musical Murder For Two Announces Tour Dates in Nine Cities The musical comedy Murder For Two, a two-person murder mystery featuring Joe Kinosian and Ian Lowe, will tour to nine major cities across the U.S. this fall.

Featuring book and music by Kinosian, a book and lyrics by Kellen Blair and direction by Scott Schwartz, Murder For Two kicked off performances at Arizona Theatre Company in Tucson, AZ, Nov. 29 and will officially open Dec. 5. It will play through Dec. 21.

The remaining schedule follows:

Dec. 31-Jan. 18, 2015: Arizona Theatre Company in Phoenix, Arizona
Jan. 24–March 1, 2015: Old Globe in San Diego, California
March 10–15, 2015: Temple Theater in Des Moines, Iowa
March 25–April 12, 2015: The Lyric Theatre in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
April 22–May 17, 2015: Laguna Playhouse in Laguna, California
May 27–July 7, 2015: Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, California
June 6–28, 2015: Philadelphia Theatre Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
July 10–Aug. 16, 2015: Capital Rep in Albany, New York

Co-creator Kinosian stars in the role(s) of The Suspects alongside Lowe as Marcus. The two will continue with the show through the Old Globe engagement. Future casting will be announced at a later date.

According to press notes, "Everyone is a suspect in Murder For Two, a hilarious musical murder mystery with a twist: one actor investigates the crime, the other plays all of the suspects and they both play the piano! A zany blend of classic musical comedy and madcap mystery, this 90-minute whodunit is a highly theatrical duet loaded with killer laughs." Produced by Jayson Raitt, Barbara Whitman, Steven Chaikelson and Second Stage Theatre, Murder For Two features choreography by Wendy Seyb, scenic design by Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Andrea Lauer, lighting design by Jason Lyons and sound design by Jill BC DuBoff.

Murder For Two is also currently playing an engagement at Pittsburgh CLO through Jan. 18, 2015.
