Milwaukee Chamber Theatre unveiled a new logo and a new name, Chamber Theatre, March 13, and announced its 2000-2001 season. Chamber Theatre's new logo has stylized comedy and tragedy masks (one is talking, the other is apparently bemusedly mute) accompanied by the words "theatre of the mind." Founder Montgomery Davis said the logo "emphasizes the spoken word being heard and comprehended."

The upcoming season will include Alan Ayckbourn's The Things We Do For Love (Oct. 14-29), A Tuna Christmas (Dec. 9-31) with Doug Mancheski and Norman Moses, Three Days of Rain by Richard Greenberg (Jan. 6-28, 2001), Eduardo de Filippo's Filumena (Feb. 20 March 11, 2001) and Shaw's Back to Methuselah (April 21-May 6, 2001).
