Porchlight Music Theatre will present the by-invitation-only reading Dec. 4 at their Second Series space. The cast will include Wicked's Don Richard, Adam Fleming, Jenny Dinoia, Brad Bass, Ryan Weiss, Kate Loprest, Nick Belton and Dee Roscioli as well as actress Karie Koppel. B.R.A.T.S. was written by Bobby Cronin, the artistic director of Ergo Theatre Company. His other works include That's Andy and From This Day Forward.
Cronin's new musical, according to press notes, is "an unconventional, contemporary nine-person musical about a wilderness camp for teenage trouble makers." B.R.A.T.S. features a pop-rock score.
