Those who contribute $75 or more to the new recording will receive Espinosa's exclusive Christmas EP, which features the actress singing a few holiday favorites.
The Kickstarter campaign ends Sept. 16.
About her upcoming solo recording Espinosa explains, "After lots of conversation and too many coffees, someone very close to me asked me to listen to a sound that he had developed specific to my spirit and personality. What he showed me was, to say the least, inspiring. I was on board! What made this sound so appealing to me is that I felt that, for once, I would have the perfect platform to be able to sing songs from the genre that I love (Broadway), and still have the artistic freedom to bring a unique interpretation completely my own."
