Wilson and Parsons will join Academy of Television Arts & Sciences chairman-CEO John Shaffner for the announcement that will take place at 5:30 AM PST at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in Hollywood. The 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented Sept. 13 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS Television beginning at 8 PM ET.
Wilson, an Emmy nominee for her work on "Grey's Anatomy," will play Mama Morton in the Broadway revival of Chicago June 8-July 5. Her Broadway appearances include Caroline, or Change; Avenue Q; and On the Town.
