Wings Theatre artistic director Jeffrey Corrick will direct Bumbalo's work in which a young man attempts to relieve his guilt and a mother's suffering following a gay bashing that resulted in murder.

The cast for Questa comprises Krista Amigone, Dana Benningfield, Jason Alan Griffin, John Haggerty, Jeremiah Maestas, G. Alverez Reid, and Danny Wildman.

Playwright Victor Bumbalo was previously represented Off-Broadway with his work Niagara Falls. The production went on to tour the U.S. and international engagements. Bumbalo has also penned Adam and the Experts and What Are Tuesdays Like?. Questa originally premiered at Los Angeles' Court Theatre in 2005 – Bumbalo has recently adapted the play for film.

The creative team for Questa includes Elisha Schaefer (set design), Laura Kleeman (costume design) and Anthony Galaska (lighting design.)
