This will be the lesson taught at the Peninsula Players' production of Philip King's See How They Run, playing Aug. 2-20 in Wisconsin. Peninsula veteran Karen Sheridan, who directed last summer's It Runs in the Family and the previous year's The Fantasticks, will direct the comedy.

See How They Run is a chaotic farce of mistaken identities reaching uncontrollable measures at the height of the Cold War. The cast of this madcap piece, written over half a century ago, includes McKinley Carter, Megan Cavanagh, Joe Foust, Steve Hinger, Amy McKenzie, Tom Monsion, Bradley Mott, Tom Mula, and Jonathan Weir.

The play will be the third show of the Peninsula Players’ season. The troupe opened with Over the River and Through the Woods, followed by Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution, Far East by A.R. Gurney, and the Tony Award-winning comedy Art by Yasmina Reza. The Peninsula Players Theatre in an open air stage located on the Door County peninsula between the resort towns of Egg Harbor and Fish Creek. The folksy theatre, comprised of wooden beams, stones walls and canvas walls, sits only a hundred feet from the shore of Green Bay. The Players boasts of being the longest running resident summer theatre in the U.S.
