The Soho Theatre is hosting a theatre writers' day on Saturday, Nov. 17. With invited contributions from writers, producing companies, literary agents, training providers, arts funders, publishers and writers' organizations, writernet, in association with Soho Theatre, presents a day long event exploring today's marketplace for dramatic writers and the associated skills needed to sustain a career within it.

There will be panel discussions on writers and theatres, new writing in the regions and writers in schools, prisons and health. Workshops will include, opportunities for writers on the internet, and an investigation of workshop leading skills.
