News Xanadu's Hoffman Returns to Joe's Pub Feb. 4 with Offensive Songs Jackie Hoffman, who currently co-stars in the new musical Xanadu at the Helen Hayes Theatre, returns to the intimate confines of Joe's Pub Feb. 4.

Hoffman's newest solo act is titled Scraping the Bottom: The Most Offensive Songs of Jackie Hoffman. Show times are 7:30 PM Feb. 4, 11 and 25.

During the concerts Hoffman will "shamelessly retread her meanest musical hits in an evening of song that's just plain wrong," according to press notes. Michael Schiralli directs with musical direction by Bobby Peaco.

Jackie Hoffman received a Theatre World Award for her work in Hairspray. Her other theatrical credits include Xanadu, The Sisters Rosensweig, Regrets Only, Book of Liz (Obie Award), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob and One Woman Shoe (Jeff Award). Hoffman has been seen on screen in "Legally Blonde II," "Kissing Jessica Stein," "Garden State," "Mo' Money" and "Freaky Friday."
