News Yale Rep to Stage Sarah Ruhl's Three Sisters and Will Eno's The Realistic Joneses Tony Award nominee Sarah Ruhl's adaptation of Three Sisters, which debuted at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park in 2009, will be part of the 2011-2012 season at the Yale Repertory Theatre.

The New York Times reports that Ruhl's version of the Chekhov classic will be staged by Les Waters, who also directed her play In the Next Room or the vibrator play. Tony winner John Doyle helmed the 2009 Ohio premiere. A co-production with the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Three Sisters will launch the season in September.

Amy Herzog's Belleville will be directed by Anne Kauffman in the fall, while Moliere's A Doctor in Spite of Himself, adapted by Christopher Bayes and Steven Epp (with Bayes directing), will run in late 2011.

Liz Diamond will stage Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale in the new year; and Middletown writer Will Eno's latest play, The Realistic Joneses, will be directed by Sam Gold (Circle Mirror Transformation) in spring 2012.

An additional work is yet to be announced.
