She will be joined by a host of leading West End actors, including Hairspray's Olivier Award-winning Leanne Jones, Scarlett Strallen (seen both in the West End and on Broadway in the title role of Mary Poppins), and Avenue Q's Julie Atherton and Daniel Boys. Also appearing will be Jon Lee (best known for being a member of pop group S Club 7 and Les Miserables), Ian 'H' Watkins (former member of Steps), Noel Sullivan (pop group Hear'Say and Grease), Nikki Davis Jones (standby Elphaba in Wicked), Hairspray's Adrian Hansel and Ben James Ellis, the West End Gospel Choir, Thriller Live! dancers, and Arts Ed dancers and Mountview Ensemble singers. In the show, Miranda will give them much-needed Miranda-style vocal training. With eyebrows that move entirely independently of each other, a crooked smile and a face baring the remnants of a fight with the lipstick, Miranda has caused a sensation on YouTube by posting videos of herself performing her favourite songs comically off-key complete with stiff dance moves and woeful styling. Viewers who don’t realize it’s a send up tend to bombard her with nasty comments to which she simply replies, “Haters BACK OFF!”
