News Zach Braff to Direct New Dark Comedy Pilot for MTV Recent Bullets Over Broadway star Zach Braff has been tapped to direct a new pilot for MTV about an overworked assistant whose boss goes missing, according to Deadline.com.

Braff, who is also the writer of All New People, "Garden State" and "Wish I Was Here," directs the pilot based on a draft by Mark Bianculli. Steve Yockey will executive produce.

The series will center on an assistant who discovers that her domineering boss, who happens to be missing, may have met an untimely end. Fearing she is the prime suspect, the assistant covers up the crime scene and begins calling the shots around the office while trying to figure out what happened to her employer.
