The Stella Adler Studio of Acting is looking for an extremely organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, who seeks a career in arts administration and provides a great attitude to work in-person at the front desk in a fast paced environment. The Administrative Associate should possess strong phone skills, a cordial presence, and appetite for radical hospitality. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), G Suite (Google Apps), research skills, multitasking, database management, leadership skills, an ability to work well with others, and a sense of humor. Knowledge of the studio's various programs is taken into consideration. Data management software experience is a plus (SMS/CMS), but not required. In addition to assisting the Administrative Director, the Administrative Associate will also work closely with the Marketing and Admissions departments.
Full-Time, 10:30am - 6:30pm, Mondays - Fridays
